Software Center for Windows PC's

Colleagues,
ITS is excited to introduce Software Center, a simple, self-service portal, which appears as an icon on your Windows PC desktop. You can easily find and install applications you need for your work at Fairfield University. For Mac users, the update process remains unchanged. Your machines will continue to receive automatic updates.
Using Software Center allows you to upgrade applications on your PC at your own pace and install apps without extra passwords. All apps are licensed and secure within the University network.
- To use software center:
- Look for the Software Center icon on your Desktop.
- Open it to browse through a variety of applications.
- At your convenience, choose the software you would like to install or upgrade.
Feel free to continue to explore and use the Software Center to check for updates and keep your apps running smoothly.
