The Department of Recreation invites you to attend a yoga class with Beth Segaloff. Please take some time for your self to breath and stretch away the tensions you may have been feeling over these last couple of days on campus.
RecPlex membership is not required for this event, but registration is. Email Betsy Blagys to get your spot in class. The class limit is 25 people and we do have mats available for participants.
