GlobalProtect VPN upgrade - Monday 4/15/24 @ 9pm

The reason for the outage: 

In order to bring our GlobalProtect VPN componentry up to current software security standards ITS will be applying new software to the VPN Servers.

The date and time of the shutdown: 

Software updates will commence at approximately 9:00pm on Monday the 15th.

All work is expected to be complete by 11:00pm.

Services that will be down: 

GlobalProtect VPN access will be unavailable during the service window.

Services that will remain online:

Pulse VPN will be unaffected. All other data services will be unaffected by the upgrade work.

If everything goes as planned:

Once work is complete, you should see a message to upgrade the GlobalProtect VPN client on your computer.

Who you should contact if you have concerns/questions:
