Join the Cura Personalis Mentoring Program | Make a Positive Impact | Mentors Needed

The Office of Student Diversity & Multicultural Affairs is excited to announce the search for mentors to join the Cura Personalis Mentoring Program (CPMP). This unique opportunity is open to faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduates who are eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our undergraduate students from underrepresented populations.

Why Become a Mentor?

As a mentor in CPMP, you'll commit just 5 hours a month to foster confidence, provide encouragement, and offer support. This program connects students with both professional and peer mentors, creating a supportive network that promotes growth and success. We also offer an online mentoring option for those who travel or live beyond the campus boundaries.

Who Can Participate?

Professional mentors are comprised of dedicated faculty, staff, and graduate students at Fairfield University. Peer mentors are sophomores, juniors, or seniors with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Each student in the program will be paired with both a professional mentor and a peer mentor, with the chance to become mentors themselves in future years.

The Impact of Mentoring

Through CPMP, mentors and mentees build meaningful relationships that unlock untapped potential and create a safe space for diverse perspectives and experiences. The program aims to cultivate positive relationships and foster personal and academic growth for all participants.
