The reason for the outage:
Operational maintenance for the VPN server environment.
The date and time of the shutdown:
Maintenance will commence at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31st.
All work is expected to be completed by 7:00 a.m.
Services that will be down:
GlobalProtect VPN access will be unavailable during the service window.
Services that will remain online:
Ivanti/Pulse VPN will be unaffected. All other data services will be unaffected by the upgrade work.
If everything goes as planned:
Once work is complete, you will be able to continue using GlobalProtect VPN.
