Move-In Weekend August 30 - September 2 Traffic, Parking and Schedule

Greetings, Faculty and Staff Colleagues:

Move-in weekend is here! Thank you for your support in welcoming our new and returning Stags to campus. Please note that traffic and parking will be limited. Friday, August 30, is First-Year Move-In Day from 7am - 5pm. On Friday, August 30, Faculty and Staff are encouraged to enter through the Townhouse Gate on North Benson Road and park in the H2, Dolan Hall (residence), and Walsh Athletic Center lots. Move-in is taking place in the Quad and Leo D. Mahoney areas of campus. Traffic flow for families is primarily on Loyola Drive, McCormick Road, Langguth Road, and Bellarmine Road. 

Saturday is Convocation at 10am at the Leo D. Mahoney Arena.

Sunday, September 1, is the Class of 2027 Move-in day from 9am - 5pm. 

For campus parking, please enter through the Townhouse Gate on North Benson Road and park in the H2, Dolan Hall (residence), and Walsh Athletic Center lots. Move-in will take place on the Residential Quad and Southside areas of campus. Traffic flow for families is primarily on Loyola Drive, McCormick Road, Langguth Road, Bellarmine Road, Murphy Road, Mahan Road, Quick Center, and McInnes Road. 

Labor Day, Monday, September 2, is the Class of 2025 and 2026 Move-in day from 10am - 5pm. Colleagues are advised to stay away from the Townhouse and Dolan Areas, as well as Southside areas of campus. Traffic flow for families is primarily on Loyola Drive, Leeber Road, Porter Road, Mooney Road, Lynch Road, Murphy Road, Mahan Road, Quick Center, and McInnes Road.
