AI Salon: Faculty, Staff, & Student Dialogue about Artificial Intelligence

Thursday, Sept. 19th 12:30-1:30pm, DiMenna-Nyselius Library, CAS Fredrickson Family Innovation Lab

How are you using AI? Join us for an informal discussion about the use of artificial intelligence tools in our academic and personal lives. Everyone will have a chance to share and ask questions. Bring your lunch. Coffee, tea, and cookies provided. No registration required.

A “salon” is a regularly occurring social and intellectual gathering of people, named after the room they used to be held in. The AI Salon facilitates thoughtful conversations and provides a platform to bring together our Fairfield University community to discuss ideas, expand our creative thinking, and for philosophical exchange. This is not a workshop, just a space to gather, share, respond, and discuss the implications of AI on our research, teaching, learning, as well as our personal lives.

Organized by the DiMenna-Nyselius Library and CAS Fredrickson Family Innovation Lab.
