The Waide Center for Applied Ethics is hosting a visiting scholar, Diego Borbón, on Tuesday, September 17 at 3:30 – 4:45 pm in room DSB 201. He will be giving a talk on:

 

“Neurorights in Latin America: A Misstep in Legal Evolution?”

 

Diego Borbón is Professor and Researcher at the Center for Genetics and Law and Director of the Research Group in Biological Sciences and Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is also founder of the Ibero-American Network of Neurolaw and Criminology.
