Fall Career & Internship Fair is on Wed., Sept. 25!

The University Career Center is hosting a variety of career fairs this fall for students of all class years and majors. These events are a great chance for students to learn about career paths and connect with organizations that are hiring for full-time and internship opportunities.

• Fall Career & Internship Fair: Wed., Sept. 25 from 12-3 p.m. in the RecPlex. Over 105 employers are signed up and eager to connect with students about jobs and internships!
• Law School Fair: Wed., Oct. 9 from 12:30-2:30 p.m. in the BCC Dogwood Room
• Nursing Career Fair: Tues., Oct. 22 from 2-4 p.m. in the Kelley Center Presentation Room

Please encourage students to attend and to take advantage of the many resources offered by Fairfield’s career centers to ensure they have a valuable experience.

Career Counselors: Students can contact their school's career center to schedule a meeting to discuss career plans, develop a resume, and learn networking tips.

Stags4Hire (Handshake) is an online recruiting platform for college students. Students can log in to Handshake at any time to review registered organizations. The site has many resources like the Getting Started guide and FAQs page.

Career Peer Advisors: Trained student career advisors are available on a drop-in basis to help with Stags4Hire, LinkedIn, resumes, and more. The full CPA schedule is on Life@fairfield.

Career Closet: Students can browse the Career Closet for professional attire for the career fairs, interviews, or networking events by scheduling an appointment at careers@fairfield.edu.

Resume Printing & LinkedIn Photos: The Career Center in the Kelley Center is a convenient location for printing resumes and getting a new LinkedIn photo.
