“A Call for Activism”- Disability IS Diversity

An introduction to a disability awareness campaign sponsored by the newly formed university-wide Disability Awareness Committee. The event will share insight into what is a disability and what barriers currently exist for university community members with disabilities. The event will also share insights into universal design and the social model of disability. By sharing this, we hope to inform the campus community about universal design solutions that make campus accessible for all abilities
