Carrie Goldberg, JD is a victims’ rights attorney and activist who specializes in sexual privacy violations, particularly revenge porn and online abuse. Prior to opening her law firm, C.A. Goldberg, PLLC, she was associate director of Legal Services at the Vera Institute of Justice, Inc. and worked as a case manager for victims of the holocaust. Since founding her law firm in 2014, she has built a reputation for going after sexual predators from Harvey Weinstein to online, anonymous trolls, to purveyors of consensual pornography. 

The recipient of a 2017 Privacy Champion Award from the Electronic Privacy Information Center, she serves on the board of the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative, which is working to establish anti-revenge porn laws in all 50 states of the U.S. Her book, Nobody’s Victim: Fighting Psychos, Stalkers, Pervs, and Trolls, was published by Penguin Random House in August, 2019.
