You're Invited! International Education Week

Date: 11-18-2019

Time: 06:00 PM

Location: Oak Room

The International Education Week Committee is happy to announce that we will be celebrating International Education week all week next week from November 18- November 22 and promoting global exposure to our students while celebrating the diverse culture that makes up our community. The theme this year is “GLOBAL STORYTELLING – Sharing Our Stories with and Beyond Our Communities”

With that, the committee is reaching out asking if our campus partners who are not involved already would like to get involved in this week long celebration. There are many different ways to get involved!

1. If there is an event that’s happening that falls in line with the IE Week theme and objectives, we would love to promote it. Just let us know the details or please fill out this form: https://fairfield.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/351071

2.   2. If there is something specific you would like to promote or increase awareness of, such as your own publications, research, or office services; we would love to do a mini-interview or featured photo to be posted on social media during the week. This is also a space to talk about your own cultures or heritage in celebration of diverse cultures. You can also send in a photo and caption for this.

Our goal is to get as many staff and faculty involved as possible in a variety of ways! If you’re interested and able to participate, please let us know.
Additionally, please find the full-line up of events on our Life@Fairfield page. and please encourage your students and staff to attend!
