Winter Weather Vehicle Operation Announcement

As winter approaches, we want to remind everyone about potential changes to university vehicle operations during inclement weather. Please be aware of the following:

• Winter Weather Plans: During severe winter weather, university vehicles may be relocated to the garage for protection and accessibility.
• Key Access: Keys for all university vehicles will remain in the key cabinet in Jogues, even if the vehicles are moved to the garage.
• Check Your Email: Before picking up a university vehicle, check your email for updates regarding any changes to vehicle locations or procedures.

These changes are designed to ensure the safety and functionality of our fleet during adverse weather conditions.
