Event and Catering Needs

As we approach the end of the year, Conference & Event Management (CEM) reminds you to plan accordingly for your upcoming events. Please review the following key deadlines and requirements:
1. Set-Up with CEM
- Work Orders: Must be confirmed with Jan Buswell or Janine Huber at least 10 business days prior to your event.
- Changes: Any modifications made within 48 business hours of your event may not be accommodated.

2. Catering
- Ordering Deadline: All catering orders must be placed at least 10 business days before your event to ensure menu/staffing availability.
- Capacity Limitations: Catering is fully booked for events on April 5, April 7, April 8, April 9, April 13, and April 26.
- No new orders will be accepted for these dates.
- Any catering requests submitted via EMS for these dates will be canceled.

3. Media Requests
- Ordering Deadline: All media requests must be placed at least 10 business days before your event.
- Changes: Major changes may not be accommodated within 48 hours of your event.
- Contact: Phone X3082 for assistance.
