Event and Catering Needs

As we approach the end of the year, Conference & Event Management (CEM) reminds you to plan accordingly for your upcoming events. Please review the following key deadlines and requirements:

1. Set-Up with CEM


  • Work Orders: Must be confirmed with Jan Buswell or Janine Huber at least 10 business days prior to your event.  
  • Changes: Any modifications made within 48 business hours of your event may not be accommodated.

2. Catering


  • Ordering Deadline: All catering orders must be placed at least 10 business days before your event to ensure menu/staffing availability.
  • Capacity Limitations: Catering is fully booked for events on April 5,  April 7, April 8, April 9, April 13, and April 26.
    • No new orders will be accepted for these dates.
    • Any catering requests submitted via EMS for these dates will be canceled.
  • Contact: Phone X3233 for any questions.

3. Media Requests


  • Ordering Deadline: All media requests must be placed at least 10 business days before your event.
  • Changes: Major changes may not be accommodated within 48 hours of your event.
  • Contact: Phone X3082 for assistance.
