Final Exam Support and ITS Help Desk Hours

The end of the semester is approaching and the ITS team is here to support you. Please take note of the following important information:

Final Exams:

• Student WiFi: Ensure students verify they are registered to the Student WiFi network before starting any tests.
• Test Settings: Review the ITS Wiki Blackboard Ultra Assessments page for test setting recommendations.
• Respondus LockDown Browser: Do NOT check “Lock students into Respondus LockDown Browser until they submit.” If students exit Respondus, they must still provide a reason.
• Assistance: To ensure you receive assistance with Final Exam setup, printed PDF version if needed, or setup of final grade calculations, email academiccomputing@fairfield.edu at least 72 hours before your exam's scheduled start time.

Final Exam Extended Help Desk Hours May 3rd – May 11th

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
