Nominate an employee for an Employee Choice Award!

Do you know an employee who models what Fairfield University is all about? Someone who lives the mission in doing their job and enhances the culture of Fairfield? Someone who has a positive and caring attitude and who reaches out and helps others? If so, then say “thank you” by nominating them for the annual Employee Choice Award!

Nomination Process

To nominate an employee, complete the online nomination form (link below) by July 31st. Nominations should be made for an employee's superior performance and/or contribution in the preceding 12 months. The Employee Choice Award Committee will select one winner from the nominations received throughout the year. The winner will be invited to each year’s HR Service Recognition Reception. 

Program Rules
  • Nominated employees must be full time or regular, part time and employed in good standing at the time the award is given. 
  • Previous winners are not eligible to be nominated again. 
  • Senior-level executives and employees from Human Resources are excluded from receiving nominations. 
  • Nomination forms must be received by July 31st. Late submissions will not be considered.
