Join the Office of Conference & Event Management for 25Live training, the University’s event scheduling system.

We are offering several training sessions designed to support users at different experience levels.
Please review the options below and sign up for the session that best fits your needs.

New User Training

For users who are new to the system. Each session will cover the same content.

Complex Events Training

For users who are already familiar with the system and need guidance on managing more advanced events.

System and Process Updates

Join us for a walk-through of updates to the event form and a discussion of how our processes have evolved since the system launched in June.
