Conference and Events Announcement

The Office of Conference and Events Management (CEM) has been evaluating ways to improve services to the Fairfield community, particularly as we embark on the major renovation to the catering kitchen. Accordingly, CEM will need to adhere to the requirement of all event changes to Work Orders and Catertrax at a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event. Changes to catering and custodial support unfortunately cannot be accommodated during the 72-hour period prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together for a successful event.
