Kelly Lafnitzegger '89 is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at AIG, where she leads the company’s global human resources organization and aligns talent strategy with business priorities. She previously spent more than 30 years at GE in senior HR leadership roles across multiple businesses. A Fairfield University alumna, Ms. Lafnitzegger holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She also serves on the advisory board for Fairfield’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business.
