International faculty affinity group - Spring event April 9 at 4pm in BCC 200

Please mark your calendars for the International Faculty Affinity Group's Spring meeting, which will be held on Thursday, April 9, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM in BCC 200.

This gathering will be a mix of social connection and a collaborative workshop with the CAE. We aim to address the unique challenges international faculty often face in the classroom and share best practices that can help us all thrive.

What to expect:

• Dinner: We’ll have hot Asian food from Lilac House, the food will be amazing as always, thanks to Fran Levine! Vegetarian options will be available.
• CAE Workshop: A focused discussion on teaching strategies and navigating classroom dynamics.
• Share & Listen: We want to foster a supportive environment where we can openly share our experiences and listen to one another.

If you have specific questions for the CAE or for us, please email either of us before the meeting so we can incorporate them into the discussion.
