TOMORROW - Annual Student Research Symposium

The 2026 Student Research Symposium will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, in the Leo D. Mahoney Arena. Throughout the day, approximately 600 students will present their research projects during three sessions. Please join us for as much of the day as your schedule allows, and encourage students to attend.
Session I: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Egan School of Nursing & Health Studies - Nursing Capstone Projects, Public Health Capstone Projects, Egan Graduate Student Projects.
Session II: 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Capstone and Course-Based Projects from Meditz College of Arts & Sciences, Dolan School of Business, Egan School of Nursing & Health Studies and School of Education and Human Development.
Brief Program: 1 - 1:30 p.m.
Remarks from Provost Siegel followed by reception
Session III: 1:30- 3 p.m.
Faculty-Mentored Independent Student Research Projects - Sigma Xi Research Projects in Biology, Chemistry & Biochemistry, Math, Physics, and Psychological & Brain Sciences, Independent Projects in Meditz, Dolan, Egan, SEC and SEHD.
A concurrent session featuring VPA student Exhibitions will be held from 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., in Loyola Hall's Lukacs and Experimental Space Galleries.
