Join the Calm Mindful Minutes Challenge in May!

Caring for our mental health and well-being is essential. Mental health is health.

That's why this Mental Health Awareness Month, we're launching our Calm Mindful Minutes Challenge! The goal of this challenge is to collect 100  'Mindful Minutes' by completing sessions in the Calm app to help you get better sleep, reduce anxiety, improve focus, and more.

As a reminder, Calm is the leading mental wellness app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation and Fairfield University is providing you with a free premium subscription!

At the end of the month, we’ll randomly select 3 employees who completed 100 Mindful Minutes to win a wellness gift bag that includes a weighted blanket, sleep mask, cozy socks, and a coloring book & marker set. To be eligible for this challenge, please complete the following steps:
  • Submit the opt-in Google Docs form (link below) to register for the challenge and grant access to Calm to track your Mindful Minutes during May.
  • Collect at least 100  Mindful Minutes by enjoying Calm Meditations, Sleep Stories, and Masterclasses all month long. 
  • Note, although Calm Music, Check-ins, and Soundscapes are supportive in-app tools, they will not count towards your Mindful Minutes total.
