University Vehicle Driver List Update – Summer 2026

As we approach the end of the academic semester, the Transportation Office is reviewing and updating the list of approved University vehicle drivers for Summer 2026 and the upcoming academic year.

Departments anticipating students driving University vehicles are asked to submit a list of drivers no later than May 15, 2026 to Transportation@fairfield.edu.

This process helps maintain accurate records and ensures authorized drivers remain properly maintained within the University system.

In addition, all golf cart drivers should complete the Holman Low-Speed Vehicle Training Module. Please submit a list of golf cart drivers to Transportation@fairfield.edu so they can be entered into the Holman system and assigned the required training.
