**Notice Regarding Summer Hours and Memorial Day Holiday for Hourly Employees**
Please be aware that if you are working summer hours, an additional .75 of holiday hours for Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, should be accounted for through a holiday adjustment timeblock. (Please note, if your regular schedule is different, you may have a different amount of adjustment time. This adjustment is to account for regular hours to ensure a full scheduled week of pay according to your pre-determined schedule.)
If you did not add this to your time, please email payroll@fairfield.edu by Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. to get the time added for this week's pay date.
The system will unlock on Friday 6/5 for all employees, at which time employees can add the holiday adjustment to be included next week on the 6/12 pay date.
