Notice regarding Presidents Day Holiday for Hourly Employees
As best practice, staff should have all time entered for this week by Friday, February 14. Since Monday is President’s Day and some staff offices will be closed, the cut-off for manager approval will be extended to Tuesday, February 18 at 11:00 a.m.
Since President’s Day is not an academic holiday this year, some staff offices will remain open. You should consult your supervisor if you are unsure of your work status for Monday, and if you are required to work, how you should report your hours.
