Dear Campus Community,

On behalf of the Student Leadership Development Programs Committee, we are seeking your input on developing an inventory of all possible student leadership development initiatives at Fairfield University. If you believe that you or your area offers the opportunity for a student to develop their leadership competency (their knowledge, values, skills, and abilities relating to leadership), then please fill out this brief survey by Friday, February 21, 2020. Potential examples of these initiatives might include experiences in the following areas: internships, study abroad, on-campus employment, elected and selected student leadership positions, sports teams, academic courses, leadership seminars, professional development series, and more.

The inventory will allow the committee to determine how best to promote leadership development opportunities to our students on campus. We thank you for your time and commitment to our students’ development and formation.
