Feeling stressed by the start of the new semester? Join us for a mindfulness meditation session in the Bellarmine Hall Galleries on Tuesday, January 29 from 4:30-5:15! Kim Tappen from Counseling & Psychological Services will offer a brief introduction and guide the session. No previous experience necessary—please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if possible.
