New ITS Ticketing System
On June 15th ITS will be moving away from our current ticketing system and launching “Service Desk by BlackBoard”. This new system will improve the user experience and provide a simpler more intuitive way to request help. Please watch for an announcement on my.fairfield.edu about virtualized training in the next few days.
