Online Exercise Classes

The week of June 22 is our last week of the University instructor-run online group exercise classes.  HOWEVER .. the 2020 Recreation Movement program will run through the summer.  All University students and employees (with a .edu email) are able to join and participate in both live and taped exercise classes. 

Remember .. you don't have to participate in the "challenge"... you can take any and of the classes just for the fun of it!
