New ITS Ticketing System

On Monday June 22nd Information Technology Services will be launching a new ticketing application (Service Desk by Blackboard)that will provide a simple and efficient method to ask for technical assistance.
To access this new system, simply search for “ITS tickets” in my.fairfield. Don't forget to make it a favorite by clicking the star icon. Instructions can be found by clicking on the ‘i’ on the task.
