The Quick announces new Virtual Summer Camps

Build new skills and get creative this summer with the Quick Center! We’re launching a completely new series of virtual summer camp sessions led by established instructors, with projects designed specifically for the online class setting.

The virtual sessions will include both live instruction as well as the opportunity to work independently. Classes are available for students ranging from 8-16 years old, with each course generating tangible final projects.

Students can enroll for each session independently, or can build upon their newly acquired skills by taking complementary courses.

All classes will take place online through platforms like Zoom. Students will be provided with call-in information and details once registered.

Courses kick-off July 6 and include:

Painting Portraits

Singing for the Stage (ages 11+)

Singing for the Stage (ages 8 - 11)

Beginner Sewing

Intermediate Sewing

Fashion Illustration

Bookmaking

STOMP (learning percussive movement)

Rapping, Beat Production and Marketing

Part 1: Learn Beat-Making on the Splice BeatMaker Application

Part 2: Writing Lyrics using Online Rhyming Diction and Lyric-Writing Applications

Part 3: Recording Vocals on Splice Beat Maker Application
