Flu Vaccine Clinic sponsored by the Student Health Center - APPOINTMENT ONLY

The Student Health Center will be sponsoring 3 Flu Vaccine Clinics at the Barone Campus Center Room 200.
Clinics are scheduled on Wednesday, September 30, Tuesday, October 6 & Thursday, October 29 from 10am until 4pm.
The following insurances will be accepted Aetna, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield & Medicare.
Please bring your insurance card with you to the clinic.
If you do not have any of the above insurances, the cost will be $45 and can be paid by Stag Bucks, Tuition Charge, cash or check.
*The high dose Flu Vaccine will not be offered at any of the clinics.
