The safety and security of our campus is of the utmost priority at Fairfield University. We strive to utilize the latest tools, technology and processes to plan for and respond to situations that might arise on campus, and want to thank our campus partners and community for their support in always ensuring we follow safety protocols and requirements.
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics is a report that includes statistics for the previous four years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings, or property owned or controlled by Fairfield University. This report contains statistics on public property within or immediately adjacent to or accessible from the campus. Also included are institutional policies concerning campus security, sexual assault, emergency contact information, and other related matters.
You can obtain a printed copy of this report by contacting the Department of Public Safety located on the ground floor of Loyola Hall, Room 2, at 203-254-4090, or online at fairfield.edu/clery.
The Annual Fire Safety Report can be accessed from the Campus Fire Safety page. This report includes information regarding the number of fires, injuries, fire drills, fire-related property damage, and the type of fire detection systems in residential buildings. You can contact the Fire Marshal's office directly with any questions at 203-254-4000 x2546.
