Gayle Alberda, PhD

Pandemics, Politics, and Participation

While this election is unlike any other, it’s still hard to cut through all the noise. This Master Class will tackle various issues, candidates, and politics surrounding the 2020 election. Participants will hear from a former Washington 'across the aisles' insider turned college professor, Fairfield University’s Politics professor and Masters in Public Administration Director, Gayle Alberda. Participants will actively engage in real political discourse navigating beyond passionate positions towards civil conversation, reflection, and analyses.

Biography:

Gayle Alberda joined Fairfield University in 2016 as an assistant professor of Politics and Public Administration. She is a Ph.D. graduate from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
