Please join the Bennett Center to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment to the U.S. Constitution, “Speaking in a Political Voice: Jews and the Fight for Women’s Suffrage,” featuring Judith Rosenbaum, PhD, historian and CEO of Jewish Women’s Archive.

Judith Rosenbaum's talk will explore how and why Jews pursued voting rights for women, what motivated their activism, what barriers they faced, and finally, how their experiences in the suffrage movement ultimately influenced gender equity within their own communities.
