The show will be livestreamed via zoom starting Friday, Oct. 23 at 8 PM with additional livestreamed performances Saturday, Oct. 24 at 8 PM and Sunday, Oct. 25 at 1 PM. Tickets are now on sale at the Quick Center Box Office: $10 general admission and $5 for students. Call the box office at X4010 or buy tickets on line at https://quickcenter.fairfield.edu. You must have a ticket to see the show; you will be sent a special code and live zoom link on the day of the performance you have chosen to attend.

This livestreamed show is about "the chance encounter, the perfect moment, the right word, the time when everything aligns and goes right, or not. It's about the fleeting chances we have to get it right," in the words of Jan Mason, our guest director. We have interwoven 5 of David Ives's smartest, funniest comedies that have been delighting audiences for 30 years including "Sure Thing," "Philip Glass Buys A Loaf of Bread," and "Time Flies," with a series of monologues, which Chicago-based playwright/performer Barrie Cole describes as "one-sided telephone conversations" inspired by our lives in 2020. This will be a funny, savvy, and poignant evening of theatre, which we hope you'll enjoy in your favorite easy chair with a good glass of wine or other favorite beverage. The audience will have a chance to chat with the actors after the show and we'll also have special guests join us for lively post-show discussions.

The cast features favorite Theatre Fairfield actors and some delightful newcomers: Kiersten Bjork, '21, Tracy Ferguson, '22, Grace Kavulich, '22, Lillie Kortrey, '23, Abby Ligas, '24, Park Lytle, '21 and Jay Martins, '21. The artistic team supporting director Mason are scenic designer Lynne Porter, costume and props designer Julie Leavitt with lights, sound, and technical direction by Anne Kendall.
