College of Arts & Sciences Virtual Major & Minor Fair

Date: 10-20-2020

Time: 11:00 AM

Location: Zoom

We are well into the fall semester, and it’s the right time to be thinking about how declaring a major or minor can provide you an opportunity to pursue your interests and put you on the path to a successful career after graduation.

The Majors & Minors Fair is a wonderful chance to explore various academic majors and minors the University has to offer. The event will be held VIRTUALLY on Tuesday, October 20 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. via zoom.  Each of the departments and programs of the College of Arts & Sciences will have representatives—chairs, directors, and faculty members—in attendance along with the School of Nursing, School of Engineering, Dolan School of Business, Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions. Faculty members will inform you about the advantages of their majors and minors – many of these are new, innovative programs and might be interesting choices to consider.

In the past, students have found this event to be “one-stop-shopping” for academic programs and majors at its best: informative, entertaining, well attended, and transformative. The most important takeaways might be a new major or minor that will set you up for your undergraduate degree and for many years to come.
