2021 Open Enrollment

To: All Benefit Eligible Faculty and Staff of Fairfield University 

2021 Open Enrollment is in effect from November 9th through November 25th. The Open Enrollment period is the time each year that benefit-eligible employees may change their insurance plan elections based upon their personal needs and anticipated healthcare expenses for the coming year. All new elections will take effect on January 1, 2021. 

Employees who are not making changes to their choice of plan, or adding or deleting dependents, do not have to take any action. The Open Enrollment task will disappear from your Workday Inbox once Open Enrollment has been finalized on November 25th.

Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA) contributions must be renewed annually during Open Enrollment in Workday.
