Go paperless for your Form 1095-C!

As in past years, a Form 1095-C will be provided to all benefits-eligible employees prior to the March 2, 2021 deadline. Form 1095-C, which is required as part of the Affordable Care Act, provides you with information about the health coverage offered by Fairfield University. It also provides information about whether you enrolled in this coverage. 

Go paperless for your Form 1095-C! 

If you haven’t already elected to receive your Form 1095-C electronically, employees can log into Workday prior to January 22, 2021 to select to receive their completed 1095-C form in electronic copy only.

To change your printing election in Workday:

1. Select the Benefits worklet from the Home page.
2. Under Change, select 1095-C Printing Election.
3. Under New Election, select Receive electronic copy of 1095-C.
4. Click OK and then Done.

Your 1095-C printing preference will remain valid for all future tax years or until you revoke your consent in Workday, so this process does not need to be repeated annually. An announcement will be sent out when the Form 1095-C is available. The form can then be viewed and/or printed at your convenience from Workday as soon as the form is released (under Benefits > View > My ACA Forms). If you do not select a paperless Form 1095-C, your form will be mailed home prior to the March 2nd deadline.
