Enjoy Calm.com free from the Health and Wellness Committee

The Health and Wellness Committee is excited to announce that as part of its ongoing efforts to address employee wellness, all regular full- and part-time University employees will be provided with free access to the Calm app.  Access will begin January 15, 2021 and will be available until January 15, 2022.  You will have unlimited access to the full library of content at Calm.com and in the Calm mobile app.  You can access Calm’s features anywhere, at any time.

We recognize that we are facing unprecedented demands and stressors at home and at work, and we are constantly seeking out resources to assist with mental wellness. While Calm is the #1 app for meditation and sleep relaxation, it also includes a variety of tools focused on mental resiliency. Whether you have 30 seconds or 30 minutes, Calm’s diverse content library offers resources that can be customized to suit your schedule and needs. We encourage you to explore guided meditations and specialized music playlists to help with stress and focus, mindful movement video and audio, relaxing Sleep Stories, tailored content for children, wisdom-filled masterclasses led by experts, and much more.

Simply follow the instructions below to gain full access to Calm.
