Library Building Open 2/10 & Borrowing Updates

The DiMenna-Nyselius Library will reopen on Wednesday, February 10th, to students, faculty, and staff that have gone through the University’s testing protocols for access to campus. The Innovation Lab and Cafe seating areas are also accessible with a Stagcard from 5am-10pm daily.

Information about borrowing physical items:

  • Accessing Library Materials While the Library Building is Closed During the University's "Study in Place" period from 1/25-2/9: Faculty, staff, and on campus students can request library materials from DNL & InterLibrary Loan for "contact-free pick-up" and retrieve materials from a cart in the library lobby (lobby accessible by swiping your StagCard) when you are notified they are ready. Make requests through the library catalog by signing in with your NetID and click "Request" within each item record and then select "DiMenna-Nyselius Library" from the Pick-Up Location drop-down. Off-campus students, faculty, and staff can select "Home Address" and enter their mailing address for shipping.   • Home Delivery of Physical Items from the Library collection or InterLibrary Loan (ILL) for students, faculty, and staff that are working 100% remote and cannot make it onto campus to retrieve materials. More information available here.
  • Campus delivery to faculty and staff member's on-campus offices will start again on Feb. 10th. Make requests through the library catalog by signing in with your NetID and click "Request" within each item record and then select "Work Address" from the Pick-Up Location drop-down. On campus delivery is weather permitting.
