Mandatory COVID-19 Testing - Additional February Dates
As a reminder, beginning on Monday, February 8, 2021, employees must have two negative COVID-19 PCR tests to gain entrance to campus and must present their StagCard at the gate. Results from tests taken externally must be submitted to COVIDHR@fairfield.edu. Results from University sponsored Quest or Broad tests do not need to be submitted.
Beginning on Tuesday, February 9th, there will be weekly surveillance testing at the RecPlex, by appointment. The February 9 test is open to employees who have already repopulated and wish to have another test. This test may not be used to fulfill the 2nd repopulation test requirement.
There will be mandatory surveillance testing for all employees working on campus for the weeks of February 14 and February 21.
We will be offering slots on Sundays and on President’s Day for your convenience.

Monday February 22nd 9:00 am -1:00 pm
Tuesday February 23rd 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday February 28th 10:00 am -4:00 pm
March test requirements and test dates will be announced at the end of February.
