Please join us for a talk with Irvin Ungar, rabbi, antiquarian, and the world’s foremost expert on illustrator-activist Arthur Szyk, on a talk titled "Arthur Szyk and the Art of the Haggadah.

In his lecture, Irvin Ungar will share insights from The Szyk Haggadah and will explore how the story of Passover and Szyk’s powerful, visual commentary resonated with 1930s European Jewry. The brilliant political imagery of Szyk’s Haggadah highlights the injustices and horrors of the World War II period along with inspirational message for humanity’s future interdependence.
