Need Additional Assistance in your Department? Federal Work Study Program 2021-2022

Eligible students have an opportunity to earn money to help with educational expenses while gaining valuable professional experience in University or community service jobs.

Federal Work-Study (FWS) is a program funded by both the federal government and Fairfield University that provides part-time employment (approximately 5-10 hours per week) to eligible undergraduate students meeting financial aid criteria. Earnings are NOT deducted from the department budget, but rather, from the student's individual federal work study award offers.

If your department would be interested in participating in the Federal Work Study program- please contact Natasha Babadzhan, FWS Coordinator  at fws@fairfield.edu. FWS supervisors will be responsible for approving and maintaining Federal Work Study earnings on a weekly basis.

Current Federal Work Study Supervisors: please review your university email for updates and announcements pertaining to the upcoming academic year.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the program and the experience that you provide to our students!
