The Fairfield University Swim Lesson Program is a fundraiser for the Fairfield University Varsity Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving teams. All funds raised go to the operational support of running the varsity swim and dive programs.

Your child will be taught by a current varsity student-athlete. We provide a phenomenal teacher to student ratio which can't be matched. Lessons are customized to your child's age and ability. In most cases our teachers are in the water with your child! We take children of all ages and of all abilities.

Dates for Fall 2019 lessons are:
September 15, 22, 29
October 6, 20, 27

Note: No lessons on October 13, 2019 (instructors are on fall break)

The time slots are 10:00-10:45, 11-11:45, and 12:00-12:45.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How old does a child need to be to sign up for swim lessons and do they need experience?
A: We accept children of all ages. Children can have little to no experience or they can be perfecting their swimming technique, we take everyone!

Q: What size are the groups?
A: We like to have no more than 3 children to 1 instructor. However, it isn't unlikely that you may have a 2 child to 1 instructor ratio or even a 1 on 1 lesson.
