Open MINDS Institute with Debra Wieder, Director, Meredith Ward Fine Art, NYC, "Love and Desire - The Collector, The Curator, and The Dealer" - Tuesday, March 29 at 12:00 PM
Time: 12:00 PM
This lecture will explore the various ways in which love and desire inform and influence the art of collecting. We will examine various collecting habits through the eyes of a veteran art dealer, whether driven by curiosity, intellectual pursuit, or just plain obsession. As with falling in love, when it comes to collecting art, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
