We are pleased to distribute the Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet describing the benefits provided by the Fairfield University 403(b) Plan. The SPD summarizes the eligibility rules for participation in the Plan; the benefits provided to those who are eligible, and the procedures, which must be followed when applying for a benefit. Also included is important information concerning the administration of the Plan and your rights as a Participant.
