The reason for the outage:
Fairfield needs to perform maintenance updates to the Request Workflow in NetIQ.
The date and time of the shutdown:
The maintenance will begin at 4:30pm and finish by 7:30pm on Wed 8/10/22
Services that will be down:
Users will be unable to request resources for non-employee workers (e.g. contractors, contingent workers etc.) including access to Confluence, Exchange, and Active Directory. These resources will remain online and available to any user who already has access, but we will be unable to process new access requests.
Services that will remain online:
Banner applications. Email, my.Fairfield, Workday, Dropbox, Gmail, Zoom, Blackboard, Office 365
If everything goes as planned:
After our updates are completed Workflow requests can be performed as needed.
