Come try out Yoga w/Beth Segaloff on Tuesday, October 11 at noon. This is a one hour class and no RecPlex membership is required. Hopefully, you will love it so much, you WILL join the RecPlex!
Participation caps at 25 people. Free Yoga mats will be provided by HealthyU@Fairfield.
