The following insurance plans are accepted and your insurance will be billed directly-

AETNA, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, ConnectiCare or Cigna

Self pay option if your insurance is not listed 

Students can charge to StagBucks or charge to Tuition 

Flucelvax vaccine - $40

Flublok vaccine - $70

Fluzone vaccine - $70

Flu shots administered by Hartford HealthCare and you MUST REGISTER

You may arrive anytime within the hour you schedule your vaccine

Bring photo ID and your insurance card to your appointment - scan the QR code or follow the link below to register
